Claim either your free SeaFrance crossing:

• Download a price list and pre-order by telephone, or pre-order online.
• To qualify you must place a pre-order of the required value before booking your crossing.
• We will then issue you with a reference number, plus the telephone number or web address to book your SeaFrance crossing.
• You can cross at any time until 2 February 2009 and must return on the same day (subject to availability). SeaFrance will charge you a special Majestic rate.
• When you collect your order, present your promotional booking confirmation or ticket to the staff in-store and they will reimburse you the full amount.

Offer terms and conditions

• Your crossing must be made by 2 February 2009.
• Bookings must be made no less than 24 hours before time of departure. For increased availability we recommend you book your crossing at least 5 days in advance.
• Your order must be collected on the same date as that shown on your promotional booking confirmation or ticket.
• The offer of a free crossing for a car and up to five passengers is only available to customers pre-ordering over £300 for collection from our Calais or Coquelles stores.
• The offer of a free crossing for a van and up to five passengers is only available to customers pre-ordering over £800 for collection from our Calais or Coquelles stores.
• This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
• Maximum of one redemption per car/household for the duration of this offer.
• Customers who do not collect their order on the given date or who breach any of the other terms and conditions of this offer will be liable for the cost of a full price day return ticket at SeaFrance's normal published rates as appropriate. Where this is greater than the promotional rate the difference will be charged to the card used to pay for the crossing.
• We cannot reimburse charges for crossings booked prior to placing an order with us, or any other crossings booked without quoting the appropriate reference.
